16–19 March 2026 | Kall, Sweden

Thirty female drivers, representing 20 countries, came together in northern Sweden for the Racing Women Global Competition Finals, competing for five winning places and an opportunity to progress in motorsport.

Held on the frozen lakes of Kall, the Finals combined competitive driving assessments with professional coaching and off-track development. Over two days, 25 senior and five junior finalists faced challenging winter conditions, developed their driving skills and demonstrated their potential behind the wheel.

Day One: Learning to Master the Ice

The first day focused on preparation, giving drivers time to adapt their techniques to the unique demands of driving on ice.

Working alongside professional instructors, participants practised car control, grip management and consistency on the frozen lake. The low-traction surface required precision, patience and an understanding of how each input affected the car's behaviour.

Away from the ice, drivers attended seminars covering sponsorship, motorsport career pathways and the practical challenges of progressing through the industry.

A dedicated fitness session explored the physical and mental demands placed on female racing drivers, followed by group training in the gym.

Day Two: Performance Under Pressure

With preparation complete, the second day brought the competitive element of the Global Finals.

Changing conditions on the Kall lakes added another challenge, with drivers adapting to ice, slush and varying levels of grip throughout the assessments.

The competition featured two qualifying rounds:

  • Round One — Driving Skills: An assessment of car control, adaptability and consistency.

  • Round Two — Timed Performance: Individual runs against the clock, testing each driver's ability to deliver a competitive lap.

Alongside the senior competition, five junior finalists completed their own two-day training and assessment programme.

Under the guidance of Racing Women's Elite Driver Jorden Dolischka, the juniors worked on their transition from karting to car racing, gaining experience in the Porsche 911 Carrera 4 GTS.
