Our Purpose.
What is Racing Women?
Racing Women is a global movement built on two decades of experience empowering women in motorsport. It’s the natural evolution of Formula Woman, an initiative founded by motorsport expert Graeme Glew in 2004, which brought together a diverse and passionate community of women looking to break into a traditionally male-dominated sport.
Over the years, thousands of women from different walks of life have connected through the community, with hundreds taking the next step through on-track training, boot camps, and competitive programs that gave them their first taste of real racing. Now, Racing Women expands on that foundation with a broader, more ambitious mission.
