Refund & Cancellation Policy
The £99 application fee is non-refundable except in cases where:
• The event is cancelled by Racing Women.
• You are unable to attend due to a proven medical condition (supporting documentation required).
If you cannot attend your selected assessment day, you may request to transfer your application to another available location or date (subject to availability). All transfer requests must be made at least 14 days before your scheduled assessment.
