About the event
The Racing Women Discovery Talent Programme is designed for aspiring female racing drivers who want to understand how to take their first steps into motorsport and build a realistic pathway forward.
From October 2026, you’ll spend six months developing your understanding of the key areas behind a racing career, with expert-led online seminars covering motorsport pathways, sponsorship, fitness and nutrition, mental performance, personal brand, and car control.
The journey then moves from online development to practical experience, with Discovery participants having the opportunity to join the Racing Women Accelerator Camp in Sweden in March 2027 at an exclusive discounted rate.
Whether you’re at the very beginning of your journey or already exploring your next step, Discovery is designed to give you greater clarity, practical knowledge and access to the Racing Women development pathway.
