Where to next?

With the support of our new partner Sports.com, Racing Women is stepping into an exciting new chapter — with four major events ahead:

  • August 17–20: Our UK-based Driver Training Camp returns, open to women of all experience levels. Valid driver's licence required.

  • August 19: Karting Challenge at Daytona Motorsport - Milton Keynes. Open to all!

  • September 20–21: We’ll be racing in Radical Cup UK Round 6 at Donington, alongside a big community meetup.

  • November 6: Racing Women goes global at the Radical World Finals in Virginia, USA.

This partnership marks real momentum toward our mission: increasing representation across all roles in motorsport — not just on the grid, but in the paddock, the pits, and beyond.

And we’re only just getting started.

After two decades as the creator and driving force behind Formula Woman, Graeme Glew launched Racing Women as the next evolution in his mission to grow women’s motorsport.

Bold, ambitious, and forward-looking, Racing Women reflects his continued passion for creating meaningful opportunities and a more inclusive future for women in racing.

A former race driver, Graeme Glew has dedicated his life to motorsport, with a diverse career spanning as a racing school founder, driver manager, and F1 marketing and sponsorship expert. From his early days on the track to his leadership in some of the most prestigious racing series, Graeme has built a legacy of expertise and innovation.

His deep knowledge of the sport has allowed him to shape careers, create opportunities, and elevate the global motorsport landscape.

GRAEME'S PAST

The creation of Racing Women has kept my hope and faith alive that women in motorsport can still have the chance to thrive and be recognised on an international level.

I’m learning and growing with every step of this journey, through the good and the tough times. Without pathways like this, my journey would never have started in the first place!
